Just your average bus stop...
Every morning, weather permitting, the girls take turns
being "it" while they wait for the bus...
The news on our short sale is this:
We got a call from our realtor saying we got it...
Bank of America had accepted our offer...yahoo!!
Then 4 days later we got a text from our realtor
saying Bank of America made a mistake...
They countered at 56K above our offer.
yeah. no.
So...we are back to negotiating.
