I found out this morning
we have oil tankers camping off shore...
This picture shows them burning off fumes...
They wait there till the price of their cargo goes up...
then...
head in to unload.
While it makes for a pretty light show...
I can't say I'm liking what these boys are about...
Sticking it to us at the pump???
